Antibacterial substances with different action principles are consolidated under the Skinguard® Technology family brand. They offer numerous advantages to the user.

The advantages are obvious: Microscopically small particles with an antibacterial effect prevent bacteria, and therefore odours, from multiplying. In this way Skinguard® Technology improves hygiene and ensures comfort and healthy skin. You can use Skinguard® Technology in many areas, such as leg prosthetics (liners, test sockets, prosthetic inner sockets, soft inner sockets), in upper limb prosthetics (prosthetic inner sockets) and in orthotics (AFO, spinal orthoses, active bandages).
Skinguard® Technology was subjected to internationally recognised risk assessment procedures for people and the environment. The skin-compatible effect of the antibacterial substance was also proven in dermatological tests.
