The 1E56 Axtion® is the ideal prosthesis foot for active amputees when only a low structural height is available. Therefore, you can build it up optimally with components such as the C-Leg® or Harmony® system. In the group of low-structure prosthesis feet, it has extraordinary functionality and performance at a very low weight. It is also ideally suited for leisure sports with increased impacts such as basketball or tennis.
Clear design and strong performance
Due to the special combination of carbon and polyurethane, the Axtion® absorbs the heel impact. Supported by the dynamic heel element, this design enables a soft transition from heel impact to full ground contact – for more walking comfort. The carbon fibre plate extends to the toe area and therefore ensures outstanding energy return in the forefoot. The newly developed heel wedges allow the foot to be adjusted to the individual needs of your customers quickly and easily. The unique design of the adapter with integrated elastomer wedge supports forward movement and enables a smooth, natural gait. Material and form combine to give an appealing appearance that received the reddot design award in 2005.
The 1E56 Axtion® is suitable for prosthesis wearers with transtibial or transfemoral amputation, knee disarticulation, or hip disarticulation with moderate to very high levels of activity (mobility grades 3 and 4). The maximum allowable body weight is 125 kilograms.
